My full time mom personality profile, skills matrix and personality traits will look something like this - please share yours too!

  • Candidate needs to be meak, be able to lay herself down for the benefit of others
  • Have a passion and the ambition to raise little stars.
  • Needs to be able to think on her feet  (if you want the spontaneity to remain)…”quick - milk bottle diapers dummy - lets GO! ...oh, and the baby of course”
  • Be good with planning and minimalising life, more fun, less complications
  • Candidate cannot be a control freak , must be easily adaptable to change and not hold grudges.
  • Occupational therapy qualification a plus
  • Networking with stimulation groups
  • Night nurse and nursing skills prerequisite (I guess that goes for all parents not just “stay at home ones”)
  • Project management - household management qualification will be to your advantage.
  • Great internet search abilities a must.

On the job training will be provided… daily

Please make use of the following terminology:

Happy hour - there was a time of day where both kids slept, at the same time, for an hour #happiness

Date night - you were able to talk about your kids in stead of to your kids for two hours

Holiday - normal working day , different scenery, less control

Privacy - your toddler closing the bathroom door so you TWO can pooh in peace

Precious jewelry - your little ones arms around your neck, their kisses on your ears and their legs seated on your forearm.
